Chocolate Lovers Workshop
10:00 am – noon
Kick off the weekend with Winifred Lambert, area Pampered Chef consultant leading a session featuring chocolates and Pampered Chef products. To register for this $10 per person workshop, call 304-823-2456 by February 15. All proceeds from this morning session featuring the favorite flavor of February’s “love holiday” and Pampered Chef items will benefit the historic preservation projects at Adaland.

Love is in the Air
February 18 1:00-3:30 pm
A workshop designed exclusively for Adaland’s 2012 wedding couples. Although no fee is involved for this session, registration is required no later than February 15 by calling 304-823-2456. Adaland’s 2012 wedding couples are invited to bring up to three additional guests with them to the afternoon workshop.

After an “Adaland Welcome” that will include live harp music and light refreshments and then an introduction to the Adaland Wedding Experience, “Love Is in the Air” couples and their guests will visit with a host of local businesses specializing in wedding related services. Local experts from specialty chocolates, florists, caterers, videographer and photographers, and vintage attire and accessories will provide information about their services to the wedding couples in a casual setting. The afternoon will conclude with a conversation with an area couple who will be celebrating their 57th anniversary this year.

Royal Tea
Saturday, February 18 at 5:00 pm
Specialty teas will be the featured event for the remainder of the Valentine Extravaganza weekend. On Saturday, February 18, guests will enjoy Royal Tea at Adaland at 5:00 sharp. Royal tea is enjoyed late afternoon with a tea hostess who introduces a menu of scones, appetizers, fruits and tarts, meats, sweets, and concludes with a complimentary glass of champagne and strawberries along with a choice of teas. Registration for this $30 per person Royal Tea may be made by calling 304-823-2456 no later than February 15.

High Tea
Sunday, February 19 at 2:00-3:30 pm
The tea hostess will introduce to these guests scones, tea sandwiches, fruit and tarts, dessert and pastries, and Adaland’s signature chocolates. Registration for this $25 per person High Tea may be made by calling 304-823-2456 no later than February 15.
